The early years of high school are about discovery, exploration, reflection, and building direction.
Strategic Foundation Year coaching is designed to help students clarify priorities, strengthen academic relationships, explore interests intentionally, and design meaningful summers. We focus on identity, motivation, and thoughtful exploration so that later decisions feel grounded rather than reactive.
Includes:
Monthly 1:1 student coaching sessions
Academic and extracurricular alignment strategy
Summer opportunity planning
Values and motivation exploration
Two dedicated parent strategy meetings
End-of-year written roadmap and action plan
Structured email support within defined boundaries
Students learn how to think about their choices instead of simply reacting to expectations. Parents receive guidance on how to support without accelerating unnecessary stress. By the time junior year begins, students feel steadier, clearer, and more connected to how to achieve their dreams.
